To check the microphone setting, click on the padlock icon in the top left, then make sure that “Microphone” is set to “Allow”.
Please then click on "Reload" or “Restart checks” to try the microphone again.

If the Microphone has been blocked, click the padlock icon in the top left, then under “Permissions” it will say it has been blocked temporarily. Click the X to delete this block.

You can click on the “Advanced help” button.
Clicking on “Advanced help” will close your test and you will need to start the test again.
