Check your microphone / headset is connected.
This could be a USB connection or through the headphone and microphone jack port:
Please then click on “Restart checks“ to try the microphone again.

Taking an Empower or Testbank test?
You can click on the “Advanced help“ button.
Clicking on “Advanced help“ will close your test and you will need to start the test again.
